Brilantní komedie o rodinných tajemstvích, generačních střetech a nečekaných odhaleních. Děj se odehrává během jednoho rodinného večera, který se z poklidného setkání rychle mění v emocionální tornádo. Petra svolává rodinu (matku, bratra a jejich partnery), aby jim oznámila radostnou novinu – čeká dítě. Jenže místo gratulací přichází výslech, konfrontace a lavina rodinných kostlivců ze skříně. Navíc vyjde najevo, že její matka natáčí se svým přítelem domácí porno…

Hra s podtitulem „Všechno, co jste nikdy nechtěli vědět o svých matkách“ se dotýká témat jako trauma, manipulace, genderové stereotypy či zralé libido – a to s lehkostí, humorem i citlivostí. Vtipné a svižné dialogy se střídají s momenty hlubokého sebepoznání, kdy postavy čelí svým vlastním iluzím, očekáváním i zklamáním. Autor mistrně balancuje mezi komedií a sondou do mezilidských vztahů, kde věk nehraje roli a život může začít klidně v pětašedesáti.

Dynamickou komedii uvedlo s velkým úspěchem divadlo Studio DVA v květnu 2025.

Hra se již dočkala překladu do slovenštiny, polštiny, angličtiny, francouzštiny a němčiny.

A comedy about unexpected family secrets

A brilliant comedy about family secrets, generational conflicts, and unexpected revelations. The story takes place during a family evening, which quickly turns from a peaceful gathering into an emotional tornado. Petra calls her family (her mother, brother, and their partners) together to announce the happy news that she is expecting a baby. But instead of congratulations, she is met with interrogation, confrontation, and an avalanche of family skeletons coming out of the closet. On top of that, it turns out that her mother is shooting homemade porn with her boyfriend...

The play, subtitled "Everything you never wanted to know about your mothers," touches on topics such as trauma, manipulation, gender stereotypes, and mature libido—all with lightness, humor, and sensitivity. Witty and lively dialogues alternate with moments of deep self-awareness, when the characters face their own illusions, expectations, and disappointments. The author masterfully balances comedy and an exploration of interpersonal relationships, where age plays no role and life can easily begin at sixty-five.

This dynamic comedy was performed with great success by the Studio DVA theater in May 2025.

Brillante Komödie über Familiengeheimnisse, Generationskonflikte und unerwartete Enthüllungen. Die Handlung spielt während eines Familienabends, der sich schnell von einem ruhigen Beisammensein in ein emotionales Tornado verwandelt. Petra ruft ihre Familie (Mutter, Bruder und deren Partner) zusammen, um ihnen die frohe Botschaft zu verkünden, dass sie ein Kind erwartet. Doch statt Glückwünschen gibt es Verhöre, Konfrontationen und eine Lawine von Familiengeheimnissen und Kellerleichen. Außerdem kommt heraus, dass ihre Mutter mit ihrem Freund selbstgedrehte Pornos dreht...

Das Stück mit dem Untertitel „Alles, was ihr nie über Ihre Mütter wissen wolltet“ behandelt Themen wie Trauma, Manipulation, Geschlechterstereotypen oder reife Libido – und das mit Leichtigkeit, Humor und Feingefühl. Witzige und flott gesprochene Dialoge wechseln sich ab mit Momenten tiefer Selbsterkenntnis, in denen die Figuren sich ihren eigenen Illusionen, Erwartungen und Enttäuschungen stellen müssen. Der Autor balanciert meisterhaft zwischen Komödie und einer Untersuchung zwischenmenschlicher Beziehungen, in denen das Alter keine Rolle spielt und das Leben ruhig mit 65 beginnen kann.

Die dynamische Komödie wurde im Mai 2025 im Theater Studio DVA (Prag, Tschechien) mit großem Erfolg aufgeführt.
